Jane Widdifield, Business Manager - Ashburn. VA
Jane brings extensive management experience in the dental industry to Esthetique Dentistry. Over the past 20 years, she has worked in several dental practices, where her nursing background has translated very easily to dentistry. She has worked as an office manager at various dental practices and is laying down the management systems and processes at Esthetique Dentistry. She insists on holding to a high standard of job specific skills and places emphasis on developing and maintaining a team of well trained individuals who are willing to work hard together and with your best interest in mind. She is also well trained in dental assisting, OSHA regulations, implementing office management systems, and evaluating personnel/work quality that ensure overall excellence. Jane is a people person and you will be delighted with her exceptional patient care. Outside of work, Jane and her husband are raising two children. She has a love of board games, going on picnics, camping around Skyline, and bingo.
Carol Young, Insurance Coordinator - Ashburn, VA
Carol has worked in dentistry for over 14 years, including
work with general, orthodontic and pediatrics practices. She
will work with you to help you get the most out of your
dental insurance. As a convenience to you, she will help you
process your insurance claims, and gladly submit x-rays,
other diagnostic images, and a written diagnostic report on
your behalf to your insurance company. In her spare time,
Carol is a big Pittsburgh Steelers football fan (going back
to her childhood!), and actually has met and received
signatures from several members of the 1970s championship
teams. She has been married to Tom for over 44 years, and
has a daughter and two wonderful grandchildren.
Jan Goodkind, Financial Arrangement Coordinator - Ashburn, VA
Jan is responsible for educating the patient regarding
dental care necessary to ensure good health. She explains
payment options that will enable the patient to make an
informed decision regarding their dental care, and also
answers any questions that will allow the patient to feel
confident in our team and know they are making the right
decision by choosing Esthetique Dentistry.
Jill Parker, Appointment Coordinator - Ashburn, VA
Jill is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical duties necessary to run day to day office systems efficiently. She is responsible for communications for the entire office; maintains referrals/appointments; organizes and maintains paper and electronic files; and disseminates information by using the telephone, mail services, Web sites, and e-mail. Jill and her husband have an 8 year old, live in Hagerstown, and enjoy watching Eagles football during the season. They enjoy barbecuing cookouts, and visiting the local park to play with her daughter and feed the ducks in the pond.
